Mr. Keswa is an ex-executive in Telkom SA who bring in 34-year experience in the telecommunications industry. He has covered the entire operations value chain in the Telecommunication work space and is well respected in the field.
His strategic nature made it a must for Vuka Enterprise to enlist his services. He brings in end to end experience in areas which Vuka Enterprise intends to play in, in order to compete and remain relevant.
These include full turnkey solutions, network management and network security which has become a huge demand in the market. Vuka Enterprise also intents partnering with licensed operators in deploying of its own fibre networks into gated communities for rentals by the licensed resellers

Vuka Enterprise has concluded an empowerment transaction with Sam Pillay, which sees him acquiring shares in the company effective from the 1st June 2012. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kwa Zulu Natal and brings with him extensive optic fibre experience; he is a certified fibre optic technician and design specialist certified by the fibre optic association. (Certification No. 707115). He also completed a course on Facilitating (Train the Trainer) and Assessor (Conduct Outcomes based assessments). Busy with the Moderator course, qualifications needed by the Sector of Education and Training Authority to certify in-house training.
Prior to joining Vuka Enterprise he was an Operations Manager at Telkom bringing with him 14 years of experience as a Manager and 21 years of experience as a Technical officer. His duties involved managing Sub Contractors and technical staff. Sub-Contractor Management included project management, financial management, quality management, safety management and environmental management. The critical competencies of communication: written and verbal, good interpersonal skills, customer orientation, planning and organising and presentation skill required he gained while working with several Sub Contractors who completed projects ranging in millions of rands.
During his stay with Telkom he worked with Project New (Networks Efficiency at Work) An Optic Fibre Maintenance and Repair project was initiated as part of re- engineering. He had intensive training on re-engineering principles and attitudes and made significant contribution to the team by sharing his jointing experience and recorded much of this experience in the form of work guidelines. He also helped with the design of an optic jointing course and trained approximately 60 jointers on optic splicing who are now experts in the field.
His vision and foresight will establish Vuka Enterprise as a front runner in the Telecommunication industry, who will be able to handle “End-to-End Solutions “projects in the telecommunications construction industry of any size and magnitude.
